communication is essential to business making and it involves more than the ability to name your product, write a tag line or a press release. It's an intricate, rational and scalable effort and, let's face it, not anyone can do it.

Why it pays off to speak English?

Because when you type "social network" (in Romanian) in the search field for ro.wikipedia.org you get this (nada, zilch, niente...)

whereas when you type "social network" in en.wikipedia.org, you get a richness of stuff

Because it's a question, your predicate should stand before the subject (in the title). It's okay if you omit the question mark.

My point is that even if they do speak English perfectly and thus have access to enourmous amounts of information, there are so many people who understand so little about this world.

And there are so many people who think more of themselves than what they actually are.

Quite a rant of a comment, not about you in particular and maybe went a little haywire — well it's late and Google's Goggles can only protect me from sending nasty e-mails and, well.. this isn't an e-mail :)
